What we do ​ Governance This is where I spend much of my time: Serving on the boards of directors of non-profit organizations that are important to our area, lending my experience to help them be successful. Strategic planning Knowing where you'd like to be in a few years as a business, non-profit, or a community is critical to success. The approach I usually take with a client is a series of three or four meetings with key leaders over a short period to get everyone's input and ownership of the plan. Meeting facilitation It is incredibly rewarding to be able to get everyone in the room fully participating and supportive of the final outcome. My focus is always on the reason for the meeting: I do frequent, short verbal recaps throughout the meeting in order to check that everyone is comfortable that we are being productive and headed in the right direction.
